2. What We Collect

When you use this site or buy from us, we may collect:

• Purchase information — what you bought, when, and your payment status (processed by our payment provider)
• Checkout behavior — whether you started or completed a checkout, and which products were selected
• App inputs — if you use the digital dashboard, information you enter such as alcohol spending estimates, decision date, preferences, and personal goals
• Support messages — if you email us for help
• Technical data — browser type, device, and general usage (through standard Vercel/hosting logs)

We do not collect payment card details. Those are handled entirely by our payment processor.

3. Why We Collect It

• To deliver your purchase and provide access to digital products
• To send you product access, onboarding, and support emails
• To follow up if a checkout was started but not completed
• To improve the product and user experience
• To respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Creem, our payment processor. When you complete a purchase, your payment information is submitted directly to Creem. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and your email address. We never see or store your card details. Creem may act as Merchant of Record for your transaction, meaning their terms and policies also apply at checkout.

5. Email Communication

We use Loops to manage email communications. When you provide your email, it is added to our Loops audience so we can send you product access, onboarding content, and relevant updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing support@overnightnondrinker.com. Transactional emails (purchase receipts, access links) may still be sent as needed.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This site does not currently use third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics) or advertising cookies. Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel) capture basic request data for performance and security purposes. No cookie banner is required at this time.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (database) and hosted on Vercel. Both providers apply industry-standard security practices. We limit access to your data to what is necessary to operate the service.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. If you have concerns, contact us directly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (where it does not conflict with legal obligations)
• Unsubscribe from email communications at any time
